dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality života pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jakou mají pacienti s Crohnovou nemocí kvalitu života. Empirická část obsahuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku WHOQOL-BREF. K dotazníku bylo přidáno 15 vlastních otázek. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly, že kvalita života pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou je mírně omezená ve všech zkoumaných oblastech. Nejhůře hodnocenou oblastí byla oblast fyzického zdraví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life in patients with Crohn's disease. The main goal was to determine the quality of life in patients with Crohn's disease. The practical part is consisted of the results of a research survey which was carried out using a standardized WHOQOL - BFREF measurement method. This survey was also modified with fifteen of own questions. The results of the research showed that the quality of patients life with Crohn's disease is middly insufficent. The worst performing area was psyhisal health.
