dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářské práce je zaměřena na učitelky v lesních mateřských školách. Jejím hlavním cílem je určit osobnostní typy a kognitivní styly těchto učitelek. Kvantitativně orientovaný výzkum, který byl v práci použit, byl realizován elektronickým dotazníkem. Konkrétně indikátorem osobnostních typů MBTI. Nejprve vznikla teoretická část, ve které je na základě odborné literatury definována osobnost a typologie MBTI. Dále také specifika lesních mateřských škol a osobnost učitele. V praktické části, která vznikla po výzkumném šetření, jsou shrnuty výsledky. Z těch vyplývá, že převažujícími kognitivními styly u učitelek v lesních mateřských školách jsou styl NF (intuitivní typ s převahou cítění), objevující se u 50 % respondentek a styl SF (smyslový typ s převahou cítění), objevující se u 39 % respondentek. Z osobnostních typů jsou nejzastoupenější typ ISFJ (26 % respondentek) a ENFP (18 % respondentek). Uvedené kognitivní styly i osobnostní typy patří mezi nejčastěji zastoupené ve školství.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor´s thesis is aimed at teachers of forest kindergartens. It main goal is to determine the personality types and cognitive styles of these teachers. The quantitatively oriented research used in this final work was carried out by an electronic questionnaire. Specifically, by an indicator of personality types of MBTI. At first was created a theoretical part where we defined MBTI personality and typology on the basis of professional literature. Furthermore, the specifics of forest kindergartens and the personality of the teachers were intended. The results are summarised in the practical part after the research investigation. These results indicate that the predominant cognitive styles of the forest kindergartens teachers are the NF styles (intuitive type with a predominance of feeling), occurring in 50% of the respondents and the SF style (sensory type with a predominance of feeling) occurring in 39% of the respondents. From the personality types, the most common types are ISFJ (26 % of respondents) and ENFP (18 % of respondents). These cognitive styles and personality types are among the most commonly represented in the education.
