Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými charakteristikami profesní identity učitelky v mateřské škole. Cílem teoretické části je představit pojem profesní identity a vymezit faktory, které ji charakterizují. Praktická část byla realizována prostřednictvím výzkumného designu kvalitativní případové studie s využitím triangulace metod sběru dat životního příběhu, polostrukturovaného interview a životní křivky učitelky v mateřské škole. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Na základě vzniklých kódů byly vytvořeny kategorie, které souvisí s charakteristikami profesní identity učitelky v mateřské škole. V závěru práce jsou představeny výsledky výzkumu, z nichž nejzajímavější je, že učitelka na základě profesní sebereflexe a aktivním sebevzděláváním rozvíjí svou profesní identitu. |

The diploma thesis deals with selected characteristics of the professional identity of the teacher in a kindergarten. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the concept of professional identity and to define the factors that characterize it. The practical part was realized through the research design of a qualitative case study using triangulation of life story data collection methods, a semi-structured interview and the life curve of the kindergarten teacher. The collected data were evaluated by open coding. Based on the resulting codes, categories were created that are related to the characteristics of the professional identity of the kindergarten teacher. At the end of the thesis, the results of the research are presented, the most interesting of which is that the teacher develops her professional identity on the basis of professional self-reflection and active self-education. |
