dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická část řeší problematiku vlivu hormonální substituční terapie na zdraví žen v klimakteriu. Konkrétněji se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku klimakteria a důsledky estrogenového deficitu na zdraví žen. V návaznosti na tyto důsledky jsou také zmíněny možnosti terapie. Samostatná kapitola je věnována podrobněji hormonální substituční terapii, jejím účinkům a rizikům v rámci zdraví žen, indikací a kontraindikací užívání a také typy léčebných režimů. Cílem praktické části práce bylo zjistit formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření informovanost žen o vlivu hormonální substituční terapie a zájem žen o hormonální substituční terapii v klimakteriu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis contains a theoretical and practical part, while the theoretical part deal with the issue of the effect of hormone replacement therapy on the health of women in climacteric. More specifically, the work focuses on the characteristics of climacteric and the consequences of estrogen deficiency on women's health. Following these consequences, treatment options are also mentioned. A separate chapter is devoted in more details of hormone replacement therapy, its effects and risks in women's health, indications and contraindications for use, as well as types of treatment regimens. The aim of the practical part of the work was find out in the form of a quantitative questionnaire survey the awareness of women about the effects and risks associated with the use of hormone replacement therapy and women's interest in hormone replacement therapy in climacteric.
