dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem procesu adaptace dítěte v pěstounské péči na přechodnou dobu pohledem pěstounů. Cílem této práce je nalézt faktory přispívající k úspěšné adaptaci dítěte v pěstounské péči. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše zabývající se procesem adaptace dítěte v pěstounské péči. Praktická část je zaměřena formou kvalitativního výzkumu a rozhovorů s přechodnými pěstouny na adaptaci dětí v přechodné pěstounské rodině. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce jsou formulované faktory přispívající k úspěšné adaptaci dítěte v pěstounské péči.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals topic off the process of adaptation a child in foster care in the transitional period of view of foster parents. The aim of this work is find contributing factors to successful adaptation a child in foster care. In the theoretical part was processed the literary research of dealing process of adaptation a child in forest care. The practical part is focused on qualitative research and interviews with temporary cultivation for the adaptation of children in a temporary foster family. Result of the bachelor thesis are formulated contributing factors to successful adaptation a child in foster care.
