Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na transformaci systému péče o ohrožené děti a to pohledem vychovatelů dětských domovů. Teoretická část se zabývá východisky transformace systému a definuje ohrožené dítě. Taktéž se zaměřuje na systém ústavní péče a náhradní rodinné péče. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak vychovatelé dětských domovů nahlíží na transformaci systému péče o ohrožené děti. Výzkum je realizován technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. |

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the transformation of the system of care for vulnerable children from the perspective of educators of children's homes. The theoretical part deals with the basis of system transformation and defines an endangered child. It also focuses on the system of institutional care and alternative family care. The aim of the practical part is to find out how educators of children's homes view the transformation of the care system for vulnerable children. The research is carried out using the technique of semi-structured interview. |
