Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem dětských obětí sexuálního zneužívání na systém po-moci těmto obětem v České republice. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na syndrom CAN, kde popisuje všechny tři složky tohoto syndromu - týrání, zanedbávání a zneužívání, a na právní úpravu sexuálního zneužívání. Druhá kapitola rozebírá policejní výslech a soudní proces, a samotný systém pomoci, který je v současné době dostupný v České republice, popisuje techniky terapie a Dětské krizové centrum. Praktická část se pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zabývá pohledem samotných obětí sexu-álního zneužívání na kvalitu a nedostatky systému pomoci. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the view of child victims of sexual abuse on the system of assistance for these victims in the Czech republic. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter focuses on the CAN syndrome, where it describes all three part of this syndrome - abuse, neglect and sexual abuse, and on the legislation of sexual abuse. The second chapter analyzes police interrogation and the course of the trial, such as the system of assistance, which is currently available in the Czech republic, itself, and describes therapy techniques and the Crisis center for children. With the help of qualitative research, the practical part deals with the view of the victims of sexual abuse themselves on the qua-lity and shortcomings of the system of assistance. |
