Práce se zabývá podporou rodiny v českém systému péče o ohrožené děti. Po transformaci služeb péče o tuto ohroženou skupinu, se práce s rodinou přenesla pro pomáhající pracovní-ky především do přirozeného prostředí. Jedná se o sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s nezletilými dětmi. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou práce s rodinou v současném legislativním rámci s důrazem na význam sociální komunikace. Její teoretická východiska shledáváme do kontextu socio-kognitivního učení a kompetenčního přístupu pro vnímání kompetencí pracovníků. Empirická část práce představuje metodologické po-zadí výzkumu. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak klienti využívající služeb sociální aktivizace pro rodinu s nezletilými dětmi vnímají kompetence těchto pracovníků. Data zís-kaná skrze polostrukturovaná interview byla analyzována za využití analytických postupů situační analýzy, která je řazena ke druhé generaci zakotvené teorie. Jako sekundární meto-da sběru dat byla zvolena ohnisková skupina s cílem posoudit, nakolik jsou v datech reflek-továny současné kompetence pracovníků, a zda tyto kompetence naplňují požadavky jejich klientů. |

The thesis deals with family support in the Czech care system focused on children in needs. After the care services´ transformation in this field, work with the family was transferred mainly to the workers who work with them in their natural environment. This includes soci-al activation services for families with under-age children.The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the issue of working with the family in the current legislative framework with emphasis on the importance of social communication. We find its theoretical basis in the context of socio-cognitive learning and competence approach to the perception of em-ployee competencies.The empirical part of the work presents the methodological ba-ckground of the research. The main goal of the research was to find out, how clients using social activation services for families with under-age children perceive the competencies of the workers.The data obtained through semi-structured interviews were analyzed using analytical procedures of situational analysis, which is included in the second generation of grounded theory.As a secondary method of data collection, a focus group was chosen in order to assess if the data reflect the current competencies of employees and whether these competencies meet the requirements of their clients. |
