dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Inkluze na základní škole pohledem pedagogických pracovníků" se dotýká tématu inkluze žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami mezi žáky intaktní. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaký mají pedagogičtí pracovníci na inkluzi pohled, a to s důrazem na porovnání pohledů učitelů a asistentů pedagoga. Data byla získána skrze dotazník rozeslaný na 250 základních škol. Respondentů bylo celkem 104 a výsledky ukazují, že učitelé se na inkluzi dívají více negativně nežli asistenti pedagoga. V závěru práce jsou formulována doporučení s cílem zefektivnit a lépe v budoucnosti zmapovat proces inkluze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis "Inclusion in elementary school as seen by pedagogical workers" deals with the topic of inclusion of students with special needs among able-bodied students. The aim of this thesis is to find out how pedagogical workers look at inclusion, with the emphasis on comparison between the point of view of teachers and teaching assistants. The data were gained via a questionnaire that was sent to 250 elementary schools. There were 104 respondents in total and the results show that teachers look at inclusion more negatively than the teaching assistants. At the end of the thesis are formulated suggestions with the intention of making inclusion more effective and exploring the topic more in the future.
