Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností Probační a mediační služby v České republice, přičemž se jedná o řešení konfliktů mimosoudní cestou. Jaký význam má ve společnosti a jakou má účinnost. Rozebírá trestnou činnost mladistvých, kteří musí plnit trest pod dohledem Probační a mediační služby. Dále je zaměřena na následný proces resocializace mladistvých zpět do společnosti. Hlavním cílem je zjistit jaký efekt má Probační a mediační činnost v delikvenci mladistvých. Jak se mladistvý staví ke svému přidělenému trestu a jaký je jejich vztah k probačním pracovníkům, kteří dohlíží na řádné plnění trestů. |

Bachelor thesis deals with activities of Probation and Mediation Service in the Czech Republic, perspectives on conflict resolution out of court. How important it is in society and how effective it is. It analyzes the criminal activity of adolescents (juveniles), who have to fulfill the punishment under the control of the Probation and Mediation Service. It is also focused on the subsequent process of resocialization of adolescents back to society.The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the effect of Probation and Mediation activities in adolescents delinquency. How does an adolescent deal with his sentence and what is his / her relationship to probation officers who control adolescent fulfilling his punishment properly? |
