Diplomová práce je zaměřena na mateřství sociálně vyloučených matek. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. První, teoretická část vymezuje rodinu jako vhodné sociální prostředí pro dítě, vliv tohoto prostředí a v neposlední řadě rodinu ohroženou sociálním vyloučením. Dále se věnujeme závislosti a přístupům pomoci uživatelům návykových látek, konkrétně metamfetaminu. V neposlední řadě vymezujeme drogovou závislost z pohledu žen, její specifika, rizikové faktory a důsledky užívání návykových látek v průběhu těhotenství. Praktická část je zpracována kvalitativně orientovaným výzkumem prostřednictvím narativních rozhovorů s klienty Terénních programů ve Zlíně. Reflektuje tak drogovou závislost žen, matek a zejména jejich postoj v péči o své děti. Cílem diplomové práce je porozumění životní situaci drogově závislých matek, odhalení problémů, které jsou v přímé souvislosti s drogovou závislostí a popsání příčin a důsledku s nimi souvisejícími. Také se pokusíme nastínit subjektivní pohled matek na danou situaci formou jejich životního příběhu. |

Dissertation thesis is focused to motherhood of socially excluded mothers. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The first part is the theoretical part, in which the family, and how it is a suitable social environment for a child is characterized, the environmental influences on the children, and lastly, the family at risk of social exclusion. Discussions will be made on drug addiction and approaches on helping drug abusers, specifically of methamphetamine. Greater analysis will be given to women abusers´ perspective, their specifics, risk factors and consequences of substance use during pregnancy. The practical part is demonstrated through qualitative research making use of narrative interviews with attendees of the Field Programs in Zlín. These interviews thus reflect the drug addiction in mothers; especially their approach to caring for their children. The aim of this dissertation thesis is to understand their life situation, revealing problems that are directly linked to their drug addiction, while describing the causes and consequences related to their addiction. The narrative interviews were used to reveal the subjective perspectives of the drug-addicted mother through their life stories. |
