Bakalářská práce s názvem Podpora rodiny pečující o umírajícího člena rodiny je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část seznamuje s problematikou smrti a umírání, paliativní péčí a úlohou sestry v péči o umírající a jeho rodinu. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum technikou rozhovorů. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zdali a jak probíhá podpora rodin pečujících o své blízké v terminálním stádiu. Následně zkoumá, s jakými nejčastějšími problémy se pečující rodiny potýkají a zdali se někdo další podílí na péči a jak. Dále také zjišťuje, zdali rodiny využily pomoci domácí hospicové péče a jakou podporu pečující rodiny ze strany sester očekávají. |

The Bachelor thesis entitled Support of a Family Caring for a Dying Family Member is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part introduces the issue of death and dying, palliative care and the role of a nurse in caring for the dying and his family. In the practical part, qualitative research with the technique of interviews is performed. The main aim of the Bachelor thesis is to find out whether and how the support of families caring for their loved ones in the terminal stage takes place. It further examines what most common problems the caring families deal with and whether someone else is involved in the care and how. It also determines whether the families have used the help of the home hospice care and what support the caring families expect from the nurses. |
