dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je význam komunikace v procesu paliativní péče. Teoretická část popisuje informace z oblasti paliativní péče. Další související témata se týkají komunikace a jaké jsou role sestry při doprovázení umírajících. Praktická část se zaměřuje na metodu kvalitativního výzkumu, kde se využívá technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Hlavním cílem je zjistit způsob a efekt komunikace ošetřovatelského personálu s nevyléčitelně nemocným.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is the importance of communication in the process of palliative care. The theoretical part focuses on the information from the field of palliative care. Other related topics focus on communication and what are the nurses´s roles in accompanying the dying person. The method used in practical part was qualitative research more precisely the technique of semi-structured interview. The main goal is to find out the way which is used by the nursing staff to communicate with the terminally ill and the effects of this communication.
