dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá těhotenstvím žen s roztroušenou sklerózou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký vliv měla roztroušená skleróza (RS) na průběh těhotenství. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá tématem onemocnění roztroušené sklerózy, zmiňuje problematiku těhotenství s onemocněním. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno technikou nestandardizovaného dotazníku, který byl distribuován online ženám s RS v tzv. uzavřené skupině pacientů s RS. Z šetření vyplynulo, že RS nemá negativní vliv na těhotenství, ataku onemocnění během těhotenství prodělalo 21 respondentek (tj. 22 %), z toho pouze 5 v 1. trimestru. Léčba ataky vysokými dávkami kortikoidů byla nasazena v patnácti případech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis thesis deals with the pregnancy of women with multiple sclerosis. The aim of this work is to find out what effect multiple sclerosis had on the course of pregnancy. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the topic of multiple sclerosis. We mention the issue of pregnancy with the disease. The research was conducted, using a non-standardized questionnaire, which was presented only to women with multiple sclerosis, using social networks. According to the data, it was found that there is no need to worry about pregnancy in sick women with multiple sclerosis. Multiple sclerosis does not affect pregnancy, 21 respondents (ie 22%) experienced an attack of the disease during pregnancy, of which only 5 in the 1st trimester. Treatment with high-dose corticosteroids was used in fifteen cases.
