Bakalářská práce se zabývá incidencí novorozeneckých ran, jejich příčinou a léčbou. Vedením dokumentace, pořizováním fotografií a nastavenou léčbou jednotlivých ran, poranění. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem novorozenec, novorozenecké období, vyzdviženy jsou anatomické odlišnosti a výživa novorozenců, které mohou mít dopad na zdárné hojení poškozené tkáně. Dále pak typy, příčiny ran, léčba a specifika péče v souvislosti s novorozeneckým obdobím a péčí o novorozence. Velká část je věnována podrobnějšímu popisu jednotlivých ran vyskytujících se u novorozenců, včetně jejich lokalizace a souvislosti s iatrogenií a sorrorigenií. Hlavním cílem praktické části bylo zjistit a analyzovat "nehojící" se rány u novorozenců, způsoby jejich léčby, ošetřování a vedení v dokumentaci ve vybraném ZZ. Výzkum byl proveden technikou obsahové analýzy dokumentace, v tomto případě analýzou dokumentů v archivu dané nemocnice. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the incidence of neonatal wounds, their causes and treatment, keeping documentation, taking photos and established treatment of individual wounds and injuries. The theoretical part explains terms newborn and neonatal period and highlights anatomical differences and newborn nutrition that can have an impact on successful healing of damaged tissues. Furthermore, there are the types, causes of wounds, treatment and specific care in connection with neonatal period and neonatal care. A long part focuses on a more detailed description of individual wounds occurring in newborns, including their localization and connections with iatrogenic and sororigenic damages. The main aim of the practical part was to identify and analyse "non-healing" wounds in newborns, their treatments, care and documentation in a chosen healthcare facility. A research was carried out using the method of content analysis of documentation, in this case an analysis of documents in the archive of the given hospital. |
