dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou specifik učitelských sborů mateřských škol s cílem popsat tato specifika a konkrétní učitelský sbor. Dílčím cílem je analýza specifik daného učitelského sboru v mateřské škole v kraji Vysočina pomocí empirické studie. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. První část je zaměřena na teoretické charakteristiky učitelských sborů a jejich porovnání napříč vzdělávacími stupni. Druhou částí je praktický výzkum, kde pomocí empirické studie byla získána data a dochází k jejich interpretaci. Výzkumná část práce je vypracována jako kvalitativní případová studie. Výsledkem práce je interpretace specifik daného učitelského sboru, jako jsou například organizace komunikace, vztahové uspořádání, strach se změny.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with issues of kindergarten staff members specifics. The aim is to describe the specifics, as well as the teaching staff. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the specifics of the given kindergarten staff in the Vysočina region using empirical studies. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is ocused on the teaching staff characteristics, especially the clarification of the concept and its incorporation into theory, as well as the teaching staff specifications in the kindergarten environment. The second part consists of practical research, where empirical study was used to obtain data. This part also includes data interpretation. The research is developed as a qualitative case study. The result of this bachelor's thesis is to interpret the specifics of the given teaching staff with a focus on the organization of communication and in-house relationships.
