Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením chůvy v současné mateřské škole, vymezuje pojmy z oblasti povolání chůvy, učitele mateřské školy a pojmy týkající se specifik dvouletých dětí. Cílem práce je popsat, jak vnímá učitel mateřské školy podporu chůvy při výchově a vzdělávání dvouletých dětí a zjistit, jakým způsobem chůva s učitelem spolupracuje. Autorka pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu probádává, do jaké míry je chůva podporou učiteli při jeho práci s dvouletými dětmi a jak vnímá svou pozici v rámci mateřské školy. Výzkumným nástrojem bylo zvoleno polostrukturované interview, kde tvoří výzkumný soubor učitelky a chůvy mateřských škol. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the position of a nanny in the current kindergarten, defines the concepts of the nanny profession, kindergarten teachers and concepts related to the specifics of two-year-old children. The aim of the thesis is to describe how the kindergarten teacher perceives the support of the nanny in the upbringing and education of two-year-old children and to find out how the nanny cooperates with the teacher. The author uses qualitative research to examine the extent to which the nanny supports the teacher in his work with two-year-old children and how she perceives her position within the kindergarten. A semi-structured interview was chosen as a research tool, where it forms a research group of kindergarten teachers and nannies. |
