Diplomová práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru. Zaměřuje se na využívání odměn v edukační práci s dětmi v mateřských školách. V práci nejprve položíme teoretické poznatky o komunikaci v pedagogických situacích, motivaci a odměně v edukačním procesu, na které budeme navazovat v praktické části. Výzkum se zaměřuje na využívání odměn v edukační práci s dětmi v mateřských školách. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že učitelé nejčastěji odměňují slovní pochvalou. Dalšími druhy odměn jsou úsměv, pohlazení, sladkost nebo drobný dárek či umožnění oblíbené činnosti. Učitelé děti odměňují proto, aby v nich upevnili žádoucí chování, jejich pokroky a snahu. Učitelé děti neodměňují nijak plánovaně, reagují bezprostředně na konkrétní situace. |

The thesis is of atheoretical-empirical character. It focuses on the use of rewards in educational work with children in kindergartens. At first, attention will be paid to the theoretical knowledge about communication in educational situations, motivation, and rewards in the educational process, which will be further elaborated on in the practical part. The research is concerned with the use of rewards in educational work with children in kindergartens. The research shows that the way of rewarding children most frequently chosen by teachers is oral commendation. Other types of rewards are a smile, a caress, a sweet or a small gift, or allowing children to do their favourite activities. Teachers reward children in order to consolidate desirable behaviour, their progress and effort. Teachers do not reward children in a planned way, they react immediately to specific situations. |
