dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh opatření pro organizace, který se zabývá poruchami osobností a jejich vlivem na manažery a řídící činnost. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje problematiku managementu, psychologie a poruch osobností. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu určité populace v České republice, etiologii a epidemiologii poruch osobnosti a jejich četnost a vliv na práci manažerů. Navrhuje opatření k omezení výskytu poruch osobnosti, řešení patologické činnosti na pracovišti a vybrané jedince z české historie s poruchami osobnosti. Cílem práce je analýza vyskytujícího se patologického jevu v pracovním procesu a návrh opatření pro organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis includes a design of measures for organizations that deal with personal-ity disorders and their impact on managers and management activities. Thesis is divided to a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains issues of management, psychology and personality disorders. The practical part contains the analysis of certain population in the Czech Republic, etiology and epidemiology of personality disorders and their frequency and impact on the work of managers. It proposes measures to reduce the incidence of personality disorders, solution of pathological activities at the workplace and selecting individuals from Czech history with personality disorders. The goals of thesis are analysing pathological phenomenon at work process and design measures for organizations.
