Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění ideální motivace žáků, za účelem dosažení lepších výsledků na středních školách, jako jsou gymnázia, odborná učiliště a ostatní střední školy. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, jako jsou motivace, motiv, hodnota apod.. V praktické části byl vyhodnocen výzkum, jehož výsledky byly získány na gymnáziu, odborném učilišti a střední škole. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaká je nejvyskytovanější forma motivace na středních školách, učilištích a víceletých gymnázií. Tento výzkum by mohl být přínosný v oblasti školní motivace. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on finding students' ideal motivation to achieve better results in secondary schools, such as grammar schools, vocational schools, and other secondary schools. This work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts such as motivation, motive, value, and other terms connected with this area. In the practical part, the research was evaluated. The results were accessed at a grammar school, vocational school and high school. The aim of the research was to find out what is the most common form of motivation in secondary schools, vocational schools and multi-year grammar schools. This research could be beneficial in the field of school motivation. |
