dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem životního stylu a kvality života seniorů v domovech pro seniory v Olomouckém kraji. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů senior, stárnutí a stáří, s kterými úzce souvisí také vymezení a periodizace stáří a změny ve stáří. Dále se věnuje kvalitě života seniorů a popisu pojmů, které s kvalitou života souvisí, jimi jsou příprava na stáří a aktivní stárnutí. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část zabývá životním stylem seniorů, zejména volným časem a volnočasovým aktivitám seniorů a dále sociální péči o seniory. Praktická část je věnována vlastnímu výzkumu. Jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit spokojenost seniorů s životním stylem a úrovní kvality jejich života v domovech pro seniory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the lifestyle and quality of seniors' life in homes for the elderly in the Olomouc region. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of the concepts of senior, aging, old age, which are closely related to specification and periodization of old age and changes in old age. It also deals with the quality of seniors' life and description of concepts that are related to the quality of senior's life such as preparation for old age and active aging. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with the lifestyle of seniors, especially leisure and leisure activities of seniors and other social care for the elderly. The practical part is dedicated to the research itself. It is a quantitative research aim of which is to find out the satisfaction of seniors with the lifestyle and level of quality of their life in the homes for the elderly.
