dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sexuální asistence u zdravotně postižených osob. Jejím cílem je popsat průběh procesu sexuální asistence u osob se zdravotním postižením z pohledu sexuálních asistentů. Vycházíme z dílčích výsledků kvalitativního šetření, které bylo realizováno formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů u čtyř aktivně působících sexuálních asistentek. Na základě výzkumného šetření jsme zjistili hlavní motivace sexuálních asistentů začít vykonávat tuto profesi, způsoby, kam směřují své klienty, k jakým cílům je chtějí dovést a jak vnímají svoji roli v celém procesu sexuální asistence. Zjištěné informace poslouží k rozvoji zájmu o potřebu naplňování sexuality osob se zdravotním postižením, nabídnou možnosti, jak ji řešit v organizacích i rodinách a také jako doporučení výrobcům k výrobě speciálních sexuálních pomůcek pro tělesně postižené osoby.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issue of sexual assistance for disabled people. Its objective is to describe the process of sexual assistance for people with disabilities from the perspective of sexual assistants. The thesis is based on the partial results of a qualitative survey, which was carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews with four active sexual assistants. Based on the survey, we determined the main motivation of sexual assistants to start practicing this profession, the ways in which they direct their clients, the goals they want them to achieve and how they perceive their role in the whole process of sexual assistance. The collected information will help develop interest in supporting the sexuality of people with disabilities, offer ways to address this issue within organisations and families, and serve as a recommendation for manufacturers in the production of special sex aids for people with disabilities.
