Diplomová práce se zabývá aktivizací seniorů s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domově se zvláštním režimem. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy stárnutí a stáří, s tím související periodizace stáří a změny, které se stáří týkají. Dále je definována demence, její dělení, příznaky, vyšetřovací metody a léčba. V další řadě se blíže definuje Alzheimerova choroba, její historie, rizikové faktory, příznaky, diagnostika, včetně výhod včasné diagnostiky, stádia, možnosti léčby a prevence. V další kapitole jsou vyjmenovány a popsány sociální služby určené seniorům s Alzheimerovou chorobou a poslední kapitola této části je zaměřena na samotnou aktivizaci seniorů s Alzheimerovou chorobou, kde jsou vyjmenovány a definovány jednotlivé aktivity. Cílem praktické části je zjistit a popsat možnosti a přínos aktivizací pro seniory s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domově se zvláštním režimem. Potřebná data byla zjišťována zúčastněným pozorováním při aktivizaci seniorů s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domově se zvláštním režimem. |

The diploma thesis deals with the activation of seniors with Alzheimer's disease in a home with special regime. The theoretical part defines the concepts of aging and old age, the related periodization of old age and changes that relate to old age. Furthermore, dementia, its division, symptoms, examination methods and treatment are defined. Next, Alzheimer's disease is defined in more detail, its history, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis, including the benefits of early diagnosis, stage, treatment options and prevention. The next chapter lists and describes social services for seniors with Alzheimer's disease and the last chapter of this part is focused on the activation of seniors with Alzheimer's disease, where the individual activities are listed and defined. The aim of the practical part is to find out and describe the possibilities and benefits of activations for seniors with Alzheimer's disease in a home with a special regime. The required data were determined by participatory observation in the activation of seniors with Alzheimer's disease in a home with a special regime. |
