Bakalářská práce se zabývá použitím kompresivní terapie ve flebologii z pohledu sestry. V teoretické části je popsána definice flebologie, anatomie, epidemiologie, rizikové faktory, diagnostika a léčba žilních onemocnění. Práce dále obsahuje informace o kompresivní terapii a kompetence zdravotnických pracovníků v kompresivní terapii. Cílem výzkumu bylo ověřit znalosti a způsob provedení kompresivní terapie se zaměřením na podporu žilního oběhu v praxi. Celkem jsme zpracovali data od 178 respondentů (všeobecných a praktických sester) ze 4 zdravotnických zařízení střední velikosti a pěti vybraných oddělení (interní, chirurgické, traumatologické, ortopedické, geriatrické). |

The bachelor thesis deals with utilization of compression therapy in phlebology from a nurse's perspective. The theoretical part describes definition of phlebology, anatomy, epidemiology, risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases. Moreover the bachelor thesis contains information about compression therapy and competencies of medical staff members in this field. The aim of the survey was to verify the knowledge and method of performing compression therapy with a focus on promoting venous circulation in practice. We processed data from 178 respondents (general and practical nurses) from 4 healthcare establishments of medium size where we selected five departments (Internal, Surgical, Traumatological, Orthopedic, Geriatric). |
