Předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o profesi zdravotně sociálního pracovníka a o práci v sociálně aktivizačních službách poskytující péči rodinám s dětmi romského původu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V části teoretické jsou uvedeny zejména obecné informace o zdravotně sociální práci, o profesi zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, o sociálních aktivizačních službách a o práci s romskou rodinou. V praktické části je popisováno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, které probíhalo na základě ankety. Respondenty byly rodiny, které spolupracují se sociální aktivizační službou Mozaika. Cílem praktické části je zjistit potřebnost zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v sociálně aktivizační službě Mozaika. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření pracovního místa v sociálně aktivizační službě Mozaika. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the profession of a health social worker and work in social activation services providing care to families with children of Roma origin. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part includes general information about the health care social work, the profession of health social worker, social activation services and working with the Roma family. The practical part describes a quantitative research which was conducted on the basis of a survey. The respondents were families who cooperate with the Mozaika social activation service. The aim of the practical part is to determine the usefulness of the healthcare social worker in the social activation service Mozaika. The output of the bachelor thesis is the creation of a job position in the social activation service Mozaika. |
