Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním postojů sociálních pracovníků OSPOD k příbuzenské pěstounské péči. Teoretická část se dělí do tří kapitol. První kapitola popisuje pěstounskou péči jako jednu z forem náhradní rodinné péče. Druhá kapitola se věnuje příbuzenské pěstounské péči a třetí kapitola představuje specifika procesu příbuzenské pěstounské péče. Praktická část se zabývá postoji sociálních pracovníků ke specifikům institutu příbuzenské pěstounské péče, postoji sociálních pracovníků ke specifikům příbuzenské pěstounské péče vykonávané prarodiči, postoji sociálních pracovníků ke specifikům příbuzenské pěstounské péče vykonávané jinými příbuznými než prarodiči a na závěr názory sociálních pracovníků OSPOD na využití institutu příbuzenské pěstounské péče a využití institutu klasické pěstounské péče. Smyslem práce je zjistit postoje sociálních pracovníků OSPOD k příbuzenské pěstounské péči. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the attitude of social workers from the Department of Children's Social-Law Protection towards kinship foster care. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes foster care as an alternative in the substitute family care's system. The second chapter deals with kinship foster care, and the third chapter explains the specifics processes of kinship foster care. The practical part deals with the opinions of social workers on the specifics of kinship foster care, the attitude of social workers towards the kinship foster care which is executed by grandparents and the positions of social workers to the specifics of kinship foster care which is executed by relatives within grandparents. Finally, the last part summarizes the opinions of social workers of the Department of Children's Social-Law Protection about the realization of kinship foster care versus traditional foster care. The purpose of the thesis is to determine the attitude of social workers of the Department of Children's Social-Law Protection towards kinship foster care. |
