Diplomová práce se zabývá školním klimatem. Především tedy školním klimatem pohledem žáků, učitelů a rodičů jakožto hlavních tvůrců tohoto jevu. Diplomovou práci dělíme na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením základních pojmů, které úzce souvisí s klimatem školy. Zabýváme se blíže typy klimatu, činiteli vytvářející klima školy, ale také možnými způsoby a metodami, které mohou být v rámci kvantitativního výzkumu klimatu využity. Na teoretickou část navazujeme praktickou částí, která se zaměřuje na výzkum a analýzu klimatu školy vybrané základní školy. V rámci kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu jsme pro sběr dat využili dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky výzkumu byly využity nejen v rámci diplomové práce, ale především jako zdroj přínosných informací pro danou základní školu. |

This master's thesis deals with school climate. Primarily, it deals with school climate from the perspective of pupils, teachers and parents who are the main creators of this phenomenon. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we define the basic concepts and ideas, which are closely associated with school climate. Types of climate, actors contributing to the school climate and also possible instruments and methods suitable for quantitative research are introduced in the theoretical part. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which focuses on research and analysis of school climate in a selected primary school. Questionnaire construction is used to gather data as part of the quantitative research. The results of the research were used not only for the purpose of this master's thesis, but also as a source of beneficial information for the selected primary school. |
