dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá postoji vysokoškolských studentů k LGBT komunitě. Tato minorita zahrnuje osoby s lesbickým, gay, bisexuálním a transsexuálním chováním. V první kapitole autorka vymezuje hlubší specifikaci LGBT komunity, včetně vymezení jejich práv a také poukazuje na dosavadní výzkumy provedené v této oblasti. Druhá kapitola nastiňuje proces coming out, chování jednotlivých minoritních skupin a dotýká se procesu přeměny pohlaví. Třetí kapitola se orientuje na postoje k LGBT komunitě a vymezuje i samotnou diskriminaci vůči sexuálním minoritám. Kvantitativní výzkum je proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjištění postojů vysokoškolských studentů Fakulty humanitních studií Univerzity Tomáše Bati k LGBT komunitě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with attitudes of university students towards LGBT community. This minority includes people with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transsexual behavior. In the first chapter the author defines a deeper specification of the LGBT community including the definition of their rights and also points to existing research in this area. The second chapter outlines the coming out process, the behavior of individual minority groups, and touches on the process of gender change. The third chapter focuses on attitudes towards the LGBT community and also defines discrimination against sexual minorities. Quantitative research has been conducted through questionnaire survey. The aim of the research is to identify the attitudes of university students of the Faculty of Humanities Studies of Tomas Bata Uni-versity to the LGBT community.
