Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Služby následné péče pro osoby s duševním onemocněním " pojednává o této problematice a snaží se zachytit jaký význam má v péči o takto nemocné. I když následná péče o duševně nemocné v ČR je teprve v plenkách, tak již teď můžeme hovořit o její nezbytnosti a její význam ještě poroste. V teoretické části práce vymezujeme základní pojmy a charakteristiky duševního onemocnění, dále se zabýváme následnou péčí psychosociální rehabilitace, kde opět vymezujeme pojmy pro sociální služby pro osoby s duševní nemocí. Definujeme pojmy jako sociální poradenství, sociální rehabilitace a služby následné péče. V další kapitole píšeme o sociální práci s lidmi duševně nemocnými ve spojení s profesí sociálního pedagoga a pracovníka. Praktická část byla zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, formou rozhovoru, kdy jsme sbírali data od participantů využívajících služeb následné péče, kteří mají také zkušenosti s jinými pobytovými službami, a proto mohli srovnávat kvality služeb a jejich pracovníků. Rozhovory byly zpracovány písemnou formou, poté jsme využili metodu otevřeného kódování, následně získaná data byla analyzována a interpretována. |

The diploma thesis called "Aftercare Services for people with mental illness" deals with the issue of subsequent care for the mentally ill and tries to capture the importance of the care for the ill. Although aftercare of the mentally ill in the Czech Republic is still in its infancy, we can already speak of its necessity and its importance will grow. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we define the basic concepts and characteristics of mental illness, and then deal with the subsequent care of psychosocial rehabilitation, where we again define the terms for social services for people with mental illness. We define terms such as social counseling, social rehabilitation and aftercare services. In the next chapter we write about social work with people with mental illness in connection with the profession of social educator and worker. The practical part was processed in the form of qualitative research, in the form of an interview, when we collected data from participants using aftercare services who also have experience with other residential services and therefore could compare the quality of services and their workers. The interviews were processed in writing, after which we used the open coding method, the subsequently obtained data were analyzed and interpreted. |
