Tématem diplomové práce jsou pedagogické dovednosti kurátorů pro děti a mládež. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je členěna na několik kapitol a podkapi-tol, přičemž v první kapitole se autor zaměřil na definici pedagogických dovedností a jejich dělení. V další kapitole autor vysvětluje pojem kurátor pro děti a mládež, jeho kvalifikační předpoklady a analýzu klientů. Poslední kapitola potom obě témata spojuje. V praktické části je popsán zvolený kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum, který se zaměřuje na práci kurátora pro děti a mládež s pedagogickými dovednostmi, kde ve výsledcích dat autor uvádí odpovědi a pohled participantů na tuto problematiku. |

Topic of this master thesis is pedagogical skills of social workers for children and youth. It contains teoretical and practical part. Teoretical part is divided in several chapters and sub chapters, where the first chapter is focused on pedagogical skills and the way they are divi-ded. Next chapter is about explaining the term social worker for children and youth, his qua-lification prerequisite and client analysis. Last chapter joins aforementioned chapters. Practi-cal part contains description of qualitative and quantitative research, which focus on the work of social worker for children and youth. Author presents answers and a view of respondent to this problematic, as well as interpreting the data. Based on these responses the results were discussed and a recommendation was created. |
