dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o životním stylu generace miléniálů, tedy lidí, kteří se narodili na přelomu tisíciletí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako je pojem generace a jsou rozebrány taktéž její jednotlivé typy. Velká část pozornosti je soustředěna zejména na generaci mileniálů a její charakteristiku a detailní popis toho, čím se tato generace vyznačuje. Diplomová práce se dále zaměřuje na definování životního stylu a determinantů, které jej ovlivňují. V praktické části se práce věnuje analýze toho, jakým způsobem generace mileniálů tráví svůj volný čas. Jako způsob sběru dat bylo vybráno dotazníkové šetření. Závěr práce shrnuje všechny dosažené výsledky práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the lifestyle of the Generation Millennials - people born at the turn of the Millennium. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. In theoretical part of this thesis there are explained the basic terms such as the genera-tion and also there are examined its individual types. The great part of attention is focused on the Generation Millennials and its characteristics and detailed description. The diploma thesis is focused also on the definition of a lifestyle and its determinants. In practical part of the thesis is dedicated to analytics of how the Generation Millennials spend their spare time. The survey was chosen as a method of data collection. All the results are summarized in the conclusion.
