dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá slaďováním rodinného a pracovního života pracovníků finanční správy. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů a interpretace dané problematiky. Dále charakterizuje finanční správu a představuje její nástroje pro slaďování rodinného a pracovního života. Empirická část zkoumá, jaké nástroje finanční správa poskytuje svým zaměstnancům pro slaďování rodinného a pracovního života a jak jsou pracovníci finanční správy spokojeni s těmito nástroji, a to za pomocí kvantitativního výzkumného šetření provedeného prostřednictvím elektronických dotazníků. Závěr práce patří prezentaci výsledků a doporučení pro praxi, jež z uvedeného výzkumného šetření vyplývá.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the process of coordination of work and family life of the employees of the Financial Management Staff. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the basic terms and the interpretation of the points at issue. It provides a characterization of the Financial Management Staff and presents their tools for coordination work and family life. The empirical part examines what tools the tax administration provides to their employees for coordination work and family life and how their employees are satisfied with these tools, using a quantitative research survey conducted through electronic questionnaires. The conclusion of the thesis presents the results and recommendations for practice that result from the said research.
