V bakalářské práci je v centru zkoumání profesní dráha učitelek mateřských škol. Práce má empirický charakter. Jejím cílem je pochopit a popsat profesionalizaci učitelek mateřských škol prostřednictvím profesní dráhy. V teoretické části jsou sumarizovány poznatky o vývoji profesní dráhy učitele, dále pak o profesionalizaci učitelek mateřských škol. V empirické části je věnována pozornost výsledkům kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu. Data výzkumu byla získána prostřednictvím interview, které byly realizovány s učitelkami mateřských škol. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují na problematiku vývoje profesní dráhy učitelek mateřských škol. |

In the bachelor thesis is the center of research of the career of teachers of pre-school teachers. The work has an empirical character. Its aimes to understand and describe the profesionalization of pre-school teachers through the professional carrer. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about the career development of the teacher, as well as the professionalization of pre-school teachers. In the empirical part attention paid to the results of quality oriented research. Research data was obtained through interviews that were conducted with pre-school teachers. The results of the research show the problems of career development of pre-school teachers. |
