dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou možného uplatnění sociálního pedagoga při výchově ke zdraví. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení zdraví a jeho základních determinant, oblasti podpory zdraví a konceptu výchovy ke zdraví. Další část pojednává o aspektech výchovy ke zdraví v práci sociálního pedagoga. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná vybraným cílovým skupinám sociální pedagogiky, na které se zaměřuje výzkumné šetření práce. Praktická část je realizována formou kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem se může sociální pedagog uplatnit při podpoře zdraví u následujících cílových skupin sociální pedagogiky dětí a mládeže, seniorů a osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the possible use of social pedagogue in health education. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of health and its basic determinants, areas of health promotion and the concept of health education. The next part deals with aspects of health education in the work of a social pedagogue. The last chapter is devoted to selected target groups of social pedagogy, which are focused on research work. The practical part is realized by means of quantitative research through a questionnaire survey. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how social pedagogue can be used to support health in the following target groups of social pedagogy - children and youth, seniors and persons threatened by social exclusion.
