dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvalifikačního vzdělávání sester. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána historie vzdělávání sester, možnosti vzdělávání všeobecných sester v současné době v souvislosti s legislativou, profese všeobecné sestry a praktické sestry a jejich kompetence, vzdělávání sester ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie a profesní organizace sester a jejich úloha při prosazování vzdělávání a kompetencí sester. Kvantitativní výzkum byl proveden technikou nestandardizovaného dotazníku u 120 respondentů. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit povědomí studentů 4. ročníků středních zdravotnických škol (budoucích praktických sester) o změnách v kvalifikačním vzdělávání všeobecných sester a v kompetencích sester (praktických i všeobecných) v souvislosti s legislativou. Chtěli jsme také zjistit názory studentů na současné možnosti kvalifikačního vzdělávání sester. Na základě analýzy a vyvození závěrů ze získaných dat byl navržen edukační leták, který by měl pomoci studentům středních zdravotnických škol zajistit lepší informovanost v oblasti kvalifikačního vzdělávání sester.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with problems of nursing qualification education. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is a description of the history of nursing education, possibilities of general nursing education in the context of legislation, general nurse and nursing profession and their competencies, nursing education in selected countries of the European Union and professional nursing organizations and their role in promoting education and competencies of nurses. Quantitative research was conducted by using a non-standardized questionnaire technique in 120 respondents. The aim of the research was to identify the students of the fourth grade of the secondary nursing schools (future nurses) about changes in the qualification education of nurses and in the competencies of the nurses (practical and general) in connection with the legislation. We also wanted to find out the opinions of students on the current possibilities of qualifying nursing education. On the basis of the analysis and drawing conclusions from the obtained data, an educational leaflet was designed to help students of secondary nursing schools to provide better information in the area of nursing qualification education.
