dc.description.abstract	Práce si klade za cíl popsat a analyzovat činnosti, které vykonává zdravotně sociální pracovník v rámci zajištění sociálních služeb v oboru porodnictví. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány činnosti související s poskytování zdravotní péče ženám, které se chystají nebo již porodily dítě. Popis těchto činnosti vychází z platné legislativy a zkušeností z jejich realizace ve Fakultní nemocnici Brno. V praktické části je provedena analýza činností zdravotně sociálního pracovníka realizovaných ve Fakultní nemocnici Brno na Gynekologicko-porodnické klinice za období 6 let. Konkrétně jde o období roků 2012-2017.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the description and analysis of the activities that health and social worker performs within social services in the field of obstetrics. The theoretical part describes the activities related to health care provided to women who are preparing or have already given birth to a child. The description of these activities is based on valid legislation and experience from their implementation at the Faculty Hospital in Brno. The practical part analyzes the health and social worker activities at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic at the Faculty Hospital in Brno for a period of 6 years. Specifically, it is the period between 2012 and 2017.
