dc.description.abstract	Subkutánní aplikace patří mezi rutinní výkony všeobecných sester. Tato bakalářská práce informuje o klinických aspektech antikoagulační léčby, subkutánní aplikaci nízko-molekulárních heparinů a popisuje úlohu sestry během subkutánní aplikaci nízkomoleku-lárních heparinů. Úlohy sestry popisujeme především ve vztahu k správné přípravě pacien-ta, jeho vhodné a dostatečné edukaci, správných postupů při aplikaci, znalostech kompli-kací a problematiky krevních odběrů při léčbě nízkomolekulárním heparinem. Cílem prak-tické části je zhodnotit pracovní postup všeobecných sester při subkutánní aplikaci nízko-molekulárního heparinu pomocí předplněné stříkačky a pomocí inzulínové stříkačky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Subcutaneous application are routine nursing service. This bachelor thesis inform about clinical aspects anticoagulation therapy. Subcutaneous application of low molecular weight heparin and describe nurses role during subcutaneous application of low molecular weight heparin. We describe nurse role in relation with correct preparation of the patient, suitable and sufficient education, practice in application, knowlege of complication and problems of blood sampling in treatment with low molecular weight heparin. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate the work of general nurses at subcutaneous application of low molecular weight heparin by pre-filled syringe and an insulin syringe.
