Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím fundraisingu v organizaci poskytující vzdělávání pedagogickým pracovníkům. Existuje několik forem organizací, které poskytují vzdělávání těchto pracovníků, však diplomová práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní organizaci Junior Achievement, o.p.s., která je organizací neziskovou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny formy neziskových organizací dle nového občanského zákoníku, jenž vyšel v platnost dne 1. 1. 2014. Je rovněž nastíněna problematika neziskových organizací jako taková. Dále se věnujeme organizaci Junior Achievement, o.p.s, která poskytuje praktické ekonomické vzdělávání učitelům základních, středních, vyšších odborných a vysokých škol. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je problematika fundraisingu, jako neopomenutelného elementu každé neziskové organizace. Praktická část zkoumá prostřednictvím rozhovorů vnímání fundraisingu v neziskové organizaci Junior Achievement, o.p.s. |

The thesis deals with the use of fundraising in an organization which provides training to teaching staff. There are several forms of organizations that provide training to these workers, however, the thesis focuses on the specific organization called Junior Achievement, PBO, which is a non-profit organization. The theoretical part defines the forms of non-profit organizations under the new Civil Code, which came into force on 1st January 2014. The issue of non-profit organizations is also raised. Next, we deal with the organization Junior Achievement, PBO that provides practical economic training to teachers in primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities. An integral part of the theoretical part is the issue of fundraising as an unavoidable element of any non-profit organization. The practical part examines through interviews the perception of fundraising in the non-profit Junior Achievement organization, PBO. |
