Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická část poskytuje vhled do problematiky učitelské profese a také seznamuje s výsledky výzkumů založených na naraci učitele. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativně orientovaný výzkum. Využívá metody narativních rozhovorů zaměřených na učitelky mateřských škol působících na vesnici. Záměrem je popsat, jaký učitelky zaujímají ke své profesi postoj a především co je při výkonu učitelské profese specifické pro mateřskou školu na vesnici. |

This bachelor´s work has theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part provides an insight into problems of the teaching profession, and also acquaints with the results of research based on the narration of the teacher. The practical part contains a qualitatively oriented research. It uses the methods of narrative talks concentrated on kindergarten teachers working in the village. The intention is to describe what attitude the teachers take to their profession, and most importantly what is during the performance of the teaching profession specific to kindergarten in the village. |
