Cílem této práce je seznámit se e-learningem, jako procesem moderní výuky. Poukazuje na možnosti využití různých metod, systémů, možností výuky a využití prostředí systé-mu, na kterém výuka probíhá. V této práci také představím příklad zavedení do konkrétní firmy, jejichž účelem je vzdělávání firemních zaměstnanců. U firmy provedu analýzu aktuálního stavu, dále analýzu možného zlepšení a návrh vhodného systému, analýzu TOPSIS, proces implementace systému a následné vyhodnocení řešení. |

The aim of this thesis is to introduce e-learning as a process of modern education. It points out to the possibilities of using different methods, systems, options of education and use of system environment, in which education takes place. In this work I will also introduce an example of implementation to a specific company, whose purpose is the education of corporate employees. I will perform an analysis of the current company's situation, then an analysis of possible improvements and a design of a suitable system, a TOPSIS analysis, a process of system implementation and a subsequent solution evalua-tion. |
