dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky péče na urgentním příjmu u pacientů s akutní cévní mozkovou příhodou. Teoretická část se věnuje samotné definici problému, epidemiologií, rizikovým faktorům, prevenci, rozdělení akutních iktů dle příčin vzniku, symptomatologií a stručné anatomií cévního zásobení mozku. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu urgentní příjem, popisuje zajištění pacienta s iktem, diagnostiku a jeho následnou léčbu. V praktické části jsou zpracovány rozhovory s všeobecnými sestrami na oddělení urgentního příjmu se zaměřením na jejich znalosti o cévní mozkové příhodě a na specifika přístupu k těmto pacientům na jednotlivých pracovištích. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty a analyzovány vědomosti, specifika péče u pacienta s akutním iktem a postupy při zajištění pacienta s touto diagnózou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main content of this bacelor thesis are the specifics of care about patients with acute stroke in the emergency department. The first chapter of theoretical part dedicated to the problem definition and epidemiology, risk factors, prevention, types of acute stroke according the causes, symptoms and brief anatomy of the brain vasculature. The second part is focuse on the notion emergency department, which describes ensure stroke patients, the diagnosis and subsequent treatment. In the practical part presents interviews with general nurses in the emergency department with a focus on their knowledge of stroke and the progress on their workplaces during the patient's admission with this problem. The conclusion will be summarized and assessed knowledge, the specifics of care for patients with acute stroke and procedures for ensuring patient with this diagnosis.
