dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na onemocnění glaukom, dále také na informovanost pacientů a jejich kvalitu života. V teoretické části se zabývám stručně anatomií oka, charakteristikou onemocnění glaukom, klasifikací, diagnostikou a také léčbou. V práci je také zahrnuta kapitola edukace pacienta před operačním výkonem a role sestry. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, ve kterém jsem zkoumala informovanost pacientů s glaukomem, jejich kvalitu života a také zda je jejich onemocnění neomezuje v běžném životě. Dotazníky byly rozdány na oční ambulanci a lůžkovém oddělení KNTB a.s.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on glaucoma disease, awareness of the patients and quality of their life. In the theoretical part is demonstrated eye anatomy concisely followed up by short glaucoma characteristics, types, diagnostics and its cure. In this work are also covered instructions for the patients before operation and rules of nurse. The practical part is evaluation of the questionnaires. This survey studied patients with diagnosed glaucoma, especially quality of their life and if this disease does not affect their everyday life. Questi-onnaires were given to the patients in eye clinic and KNTB inpatient ward.
