dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na studenty Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a jejich znalosti tykající se nádorového onemocnění testes a sekundární prevence (samovyšetření). V teoretické části je definován medicínský obor andrologie a zaměřuje se na základní popis mužských pohlavních orgánů, klasifikaci testikulárních nádorů, rizikové faktory, klinický obraz, jejich diagnostiku, léčbu a prevenci. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá dopadem nádorového onemocnění na sexuální život a fertilitu. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, která je zaměřena na informovanost studentů o nádorovém onemocnění testes a prevenci. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení daného výzkumného šetření a doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the UTB students and their knowledge of testicular cancer and secondary prevention of self-examination. The theoretical part defines the medical field Andrology and focuses on basic description of the male genitals, the classification of testicular cancer, risk factors, clinical picture of their diagnosis, treatment and prevention. In conclusion, the theoretical part focuses on the impact of cancer on sexuality and fertility. The practical part contains evaluation of the questionnaire survey which is aimed for students' awareness of testicular cancer and prevention. In conclusion the evaluation of the research and recommendations for practice.
