dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou očkování dětí. Je strukturována do dvou celků. Teoretická část tvoří celkový pohled na očkování obecně. Je v ní také podrobně popsána nezastupitelná činnost sestry. Jedním z nejdůležitějších úkolů je prevence a edukace v oblasti očkování. Sestra předává cenné informace a klade velký důraz na zodpovědný přístup rodičů ke zdraví dětí. Tyto informace pomáhají při rozhodování v případě výskytu nežádoucích účinků po očkování. Empirická část bakalářské práce zjišťuje pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, jaké mají rodiče informace a znalosti o očkování. Analyzuje, jak dovedou získané informace využít ve prospěch upevňování a rozvíjení zdraví svých dětí. Práce je příspěvkem pro prevenci v oblasti zdraví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the vaccination of children. It is divided into two separate parts. The theoretical part provides a general overview of the vaccination. It also contains a detailed description of the irreplaceable role played by the nurse. Prevention and education are vital tasks in the vaccination. The nurse disseminates valuable information and lays emphasis on responsible attitude of parents towards their children's health. This information helps in case of side effects of the vaccination. The empirical part of this thesis identifies parent´s knowledge base of the vaccination using the questionnaire. It analyses how they are able to use the information to maintain and improve their children's health. This thesis should contribute to prevention in health care.
