dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kvality života pacientů s duševním onemocněním v souvislosti s jejich zařazením do programu terénní péče Psychosociálního centra Přerov. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která přibližuje historii terénní péče a současný vývoj v psychiatrii, zejména otázky reformy psychiatrické péče. Dále je rámcově popsán pilotní projekt terénní péče Psychosociálního centra Přerov, vymezen pojem kvality života. Bakalářská práce dále popisuje kompetence psychiatrických sester v terénní péči. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, který je realizován v terénním programu Psychosociálního centra Přerov. Výzkumnou metodou je analýza případových studií, doplněná o polostrukturované rozhovory. Následuje vyhodnocení výzkumu a závěrečné shrnutí dané problematiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the issues regarding the quality of life in patiens with mental illnesses in connection with their inclusion in the program of outreach care of Psychosociální centrum Přerov. The paper is diveded into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the history of the outreach services and also the current deve-lopment in psychiatry. The text is presenting a general desription of the pilot project of the Psychosociální centrum Přerov and definition of the term quality of life and selected tools for its measuring. The paper also describes competencies of psychiatric nurses. The practical part aquaints with the reaserch of quality of life in patiens with severe mental illness which is being realized in the outreach services programme of the Psychosociální centerum Přerov. The reaserch method is the analysis of case studies supplemented by interviews and questi-onnaires HoNOS and PSP. The paper ends by evaluation of the research and final summary of the issues.
