Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úroveň znalostí nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků v péči o potencionální dárce orgánů na oddělení ARO. Teoretická část stručně popisuje historii týkající se diagnostiky smrti mozku a historii transplantací. V jednotlivých kapitolách se zabývá legislativou posmrtného odběru orgánů, popisuje základní znalosti anatomie a fyziologie mozku, objasňuje patofyziologické změny, které nastávají při mozkové smrti. Věnuje se popisu vyšetření diagnostiky mozkové smrti. Praktická část zjišťuje formou dotazníkového šetření znalosti nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků v péči o potencionální dárce orgánů na oddělení ARO. Jednotlivé části zjišťují znalosti v oblasti legislativy posmrtného odběru orgánů, znalosti patofyziologických projevů smrti mozku a související péče o potencionální dárce orgánů. Praktická část dále zjišťuje úroveň psychické zátěže nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, kteří pečují o potencionální dárce orgánů. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the level of the knowledge of non-medical employees in health care facilities in the care of potential organ donors in the Anaesthesiology and resuscitation department. The theoretical part briefly describes the history of diagnosis of brain death and the history of transplantations. In its chapters, the thesis is concerned by the legislation of post-mortem organ obtaining, describes basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology of brain, and clarifies pathophysiological changes that happen in brain death. It also deals with the description of exploration of diagnostics of brain death. The practical part examines, via a questionnaire survey, the knowledge of the non-medical healthcare facility employees in the care of potential organ donors in the Anaesthesiology and resuscitation department. The particular parts inquiry the knowledge of legislation in post-mortem organ obtaining, the knowledge of pathophysiological expressions of brain death, and related care of the potential organ donors. The practical part also finds the level of mental stress of the non-medical healthcare employees who look after the potential organ donors. |
