dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nestátními neziskovými organizacemi, které zajišťují post-penitenciární péči. V první kapitole se zaměříme na vymezení pojmu postpenitenciární péče jako terciární prevenci, poskytování služeb a subjekty, jež ji zajišťují. Druhá kapitola je vě-nována reintegraci osob po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V poslední kapitole se budeme věnovat nestátním subjektům a jejich činnostem v postpenitenciární péči. Výzkum bude za-měřen na zjišťování informovanosti studentů sociální pedagogiky na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně o poskytování postpenitenciární péče, druhy pomoci a zapojení poskytování postpe-nitenciární péče ze strany nestátních neziskových organizací.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with non-state non-profit organizations which secure post-penitentiary care. In the first chapter we will focus on definition of concept post-penitentiary care like a tertiary prevention, providing services and subjects, which provide this care. Se-cond chapter is dedicate to re-integration for the persons after custodial sentence. In the last chapter we will dedicate to non-state non-profit organizations and their activities in post-penitenciary care. The research will be fouced on finding out student's of Social pedagogy in University of Tomas Bata in Zlin informations about providing postpenitenciary care and types of helping activities and connection of providing postpenitenciary care from the way non-state non-profit organizations.
