Práce je zaměřena na problematiku mobbingu a bossingu, tedy šikany mezi dospělými na pracovišti. Cílem práce je vymezení a definování jednotlivých pojmů, objasnění příčin vzniku těchto sociálně patologických jevů, vysvětlení celého procesu mobbingu, charakteristika jeho jednotlivých fází a typických způsobů, popis možných důsledků pro oběť a vlivu na organizaci a v neposlední řadě i možnostmi a strategií obrany. |

This work is directed with a view to the problems of mobbing and bossing that means to the vexation among the adults at work. The objective of the work is to delimitate and to define the single conceptions to clear up the reasons of a rise of these social pathological phenomenons, explanation of the whole process of the mobbing, characteristics of it is individual phases and typical ways descriptions of eventual consequences for sacrifice and influence on the organisation and not least with possibilities and strategy of a defence. |
