dc.description.abstract	Tato práce pojednává o sociálních aspektech trestného činu zanedbání povinné výživy. Práce je rozdělena do úvodní části, čtyř samostatných kapitol a závěru. V práci je shrnut současný stav v problematice, historický vývoj legislativního rámce dané úpravy a jsou nastíněny problémové a nejasné oblasti současné trestně právní úpravy a rovněž tak je poukázáno na mnohdy sociální původ a zejména na sociální následky zanedbání povinné výživy ze strany povinné osoby. V závěru práce jsou rozvinuty návrhy na změny legislativního rámce upravujícího skutkovou podstatu trestného činu zanedbání povinné výživy a tím i posílení pozice oprávněné osoby, zejména dítěte a zmírnění negativních sociálních dopadů tohoto trestného činu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with social aspects of an offence of neglect of compulsory maintenance. It is divided into an introduction, four separate chapters and a conclusion. It summarises the current situation in the aforementioned problems, historical development of the legal framework of the given regulation and it outlines the problem and unclear areas of the present criminal legislation. Many a time the social origin and specially the social consequences of neglect of compulsory maintenance from the part of the obliged party are pointed out. The conclusion provides the proposals of how to change the legal framework regulating the body of the offence of neglect of compulsory maintenance, and thus strengthening the position of the injured party, especially the child, and reducing the negative social impacts of such offence.
