Bakalářská práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností absolventů středních škol v okrese Kroměříž. Teoretická část se podrobněji věnuje segmentaci trhu práce a skupinám, které jsou na pracovním trhu nejvíce ohroženy nezaměstnaností. Prezentuje jednotlivé typy nezaměstnanosti a problémy, které s nezaměstnaností souvisí. Dále nás seznamuje s úlohou a postavením státu k dané problematice a také nástroji, které mohou příznivě ovlivnit postavení nezaměstnaných na trhu práce. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována absolventům středních škol a projektům nabízených v rámci Zlínského kraje. Praktická část potom zkoumá a vyhodnocuje strategie absolventů středních škol při hledání zaměstnání, překážky bránící jejich úspěšnému uplatnění na trhu práce a ochotu přizpůsobovat se požadavkům trhu práce. Zvolen byl kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the unemployment of secondary school graduates in Kroměříž region. The theoretical part is focused on the labour market segmentation and groups, which are the most vulnerable to unemployment. It presents various types of unemployment and related issues. It also addresses the role and the position of the government in relation to these issues as well as the tools which can positively affect the situation of the unemployed in the labour market. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to secondary school graduates and projects available in Zlín region. The practical part then examines and evaluates the strategies of secondary school graduates in seeking employment, barriers to their success in the labour market and their willingness to adapt to the demands of the labour market. In my quantitative research I employed the method of the questionnaire survey. |
